CA: 5th annual welcome home Vietnam Vets day!

Greetings Comrades, Friends and Family,
Please join us and help spread the word on yet another First Class 5th Annual Welcome Home Vietnam Veterans Day event March 25, 2012 at California High School, Whittier California. Come meet the one who made March 30th Welcome Home Vietnam Veterans State Law, Comrade Jose Ramos and the rest of the WHVVD Team (WHVVD.org) This a wonderful FREE event for all ALL WHO SERVED and Families. There will be:
* Military Vehicle Displays
* Custom Car (You are welcomed to bring a vehicle. A $20.00 donation participation fee. Please call 562 696-3965 for details)
* Motorcycle Show (Free for bikes)
* Military Memorabilia
* Live Music
* Food and Retail Vendors
* Kiddie Korner
* Wonderful Veterans Organizations who can help obtain Veterans Benefits
Special Guest Star Former El Chicano Band Member Jerry Salas and his All Star Band. Jerry Salas is also a Vietnam Veteran.
When we say FOR AL WHO SERVED, we mean ALL  WHO SERVED! The Vet Hunters Project will have a clothing drop of site. Please be sure items are clean, in good working condition and new is always welcomed. These are Veterans we are serving. Items needed to make it immediately to our HOMEless Brothers and Sisters are:
* Women's Clothing
* Men's Clothing
* Women and Men Hygiene products
* Tents
* Dog and Cat Food
* Women's Make-up
* Shoes and sandals
* Batteries
* Water and non-perishable snacks
Each of these items make it to the streets, Skid Row and any place a HOMEless Veteran may live. These items help open the doors to earn their trust to get them off the streets and into HOMES. You will also find attached a Vendor Application. This is a great event so please be sure to get your spots quickly. For non-profits it is FREE. Retail Vendors a $75.00 fee will be charged. Please see attachment for further details to include point of contact WHVVD Founder Jose Ramos.
